		<description>I think people see Web 2.0, usability and user experience as buzzwords to let web developers make more cash. 

People's thinking seem to go like this: 'If web sites have been there so many years and, like you said, the neighbour's son could do it almost for free, why are web developers bothering us with all this concepts? They only want to charge more money than before'. 
People are afraid of changes they don't (or don't want to) understand. Give'em time to feel the difference.
